Our Food: Your guests eat well – excellent quality food in generous portions. We make food from scratch, like homemade sauces and soups. We use high quality ingredients. We provide generous portion sizes. We use the best recipes for traditional favourites and create new and innovative menu ideas for something different.

We provide a full range of event furniture and can accommodate many special request for items not listed. Examples of event furniture available include: A variety of chair styles, colours, and accessories including folding chairs, stacking chairs, specialty chairs (e.g. ballroom chairs, resin with cushion, Chavari, bar stools) and chair covers.

Hosting an outdoor reception? We provide a range of event tent rentals. Hexagon, square, and rectangle shaped tents of all sizes are available. Tent Accessories such as walls, linings, lights, and heaters add further flexibility to your event planning.

As a nutrition and fitness consultant, Kathy provides services to a variety of clients including Designed Food Systems Inc. where she assists with menu development, nutritional analysis and recipe testing for retail sales. She also provides consulting to clients through the City of Ottawa teaching nutrition workshops, designing personalized nutrition programs and designing fitness classes for clients. In addition, she teaches cooking and nutrition for the Ottawa Carleton District School Board, the Holistic Cooking Academy of Canada, and other commercial and private clients.
