During the past five years " Shaz " has been directly involved with providing catering and consulting services to many government departments such as The Prime Minister’s Office, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and Canadian International Development Agency.

In the fall of 2004 " Shaz Unique Catering & Services " was established with a mandate to provide unique, detail-oriented, fine catering and related services to Diplomatic Missions, Corporate Offices, Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments as well as weddings, birthdays, other special events for private individuals in Ottawa and its neighboring communities.
