Bri-Chem Corp. is a leading North American wholesale distributor and manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids and steel pipe to the energy industry. Bri-Chem Corp. sells over 100 different drilling fluid products and is a custom blender of cementing, acidizing and fracturing chemcial additives and distributes and manufacturers carbon steel pipe to the oil and gas fields in Western Canada and the United States. Conflicts of Interest The Corporation is always concerned with outside business interests of its employees that might possibly conflict with the interests of the Corporation. Even if permitted under applicable law, loans to, or guarantees of obligations of, employees and their family members may create conflicts of interest.

Jason Theiss joined Bri-Chem Corp. in July 2007. Jason has been involved in management positions in the past and has experience with another oilfield service company. Jason possesses a wealth of experience in financial accounting and disclosure. Jason holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Regina and a Chartered Accounting designation.
Don Caron became the CEO of Bri-Chem Corp. on May 1, 2009. Don has extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions for emerging companies. He has been involved in advising public companies with respect to a variety of transactions including initial public offerings, private placements, stock exchange listings, capital pool offerings, qualifying transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He has also provided advice on a broad variety of corporate transactions including acquisitions and divestitures, equity and debt financings and corporate restructurings. Don is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Bri-Chem Corp.
