Doug is President of both Lombard North Group (1980) Ltd. and Golfplan Associates Ltd. ( a wholly owned subsidiary of Lombard North Group .) He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfred Laurier University and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph.

Since 1984, Golfplan Associates has been providing innovative planning and design services to clients in Canada and abroad in Australia, the Caribbean, the People’s Republic of China, Hungary, New Zealand and the United States of America.
