Vancouver, BC -- June 30, 2014 -- Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. ("Avino") (NYSE MKT:ASM, TSX-V:ASM) and Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. ("Bralorne") (TSX-V:BPM) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a letter of intent (the "LOI") pursuant to which it is contemplated that Avino will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Bralorne which Avino does not already own by way of a plan of arrangement (the "Transaction").

Mr. Kinsella is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Progressive Group, a private communication company based in Vancouver, Canada, where Mr. Kinsella specializes in providing public affairs consulting services to companies in the resource, manufacturing and service industries. Mr. Kinsella is one of Canada's leading political strategists and has worked for the Premiers of Ontario and British Columbia in several roles, including Deputy Minister, Principal Secretary and Chief of Staff.

Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (the \'Company\') is pleased to provide the following update on its Bralorne gold project located near the historic mining camp at Gold Bridge, British Columbia. Mine Development work has focused on stope mining and preparing blocks for mining in the BK-3 zone since last November. Mining has been completed in two blocks in the BK-3 zone and development is underway on third stope.
