Description
Run by the Chaster family in the early 1900's as a hotel, it was originally called The Gower Point Lodge. The family created a thriving accommodation and services business in the first half of the century. The Lodge has changed hands several times over the years however, the Chaster family in a demonstration of generosity, donated part of their oceanfront property to the province to be used as a provincial Park.
