Technology and Information Management Professional Services to the Public Sector in the National Capital Area since 1992. Some of the departments we have provided services to are CIRB, PWGSC,
PCO, CMHC, DND, CRA, CBSA, EC, DFO and the City of Ottawa.

BiR Consulting Inc is owned and operated by Blair and Irene
Richardson. Each has over 25 years of IT/IM experience providing informatics solutions and professional services. They know what’s involved in implementing solutions efficiently and effectively. It takes planning, teamwork and qualified resources.


Providing Professional Services and Informatics Solutions
Irene has experience in IT/IM/KM client services, as well as consulting and marketing services. She finds that her computer and marketing backgrounds are a great combination enabling BiR to provide the clients with the right resources and solutions to match their needs.

Procurement Process
Clients procure BiR services through the PS-Online system, GOL, In-Service Support Supply Arrangement (ISS SA), MERX, personal services, and/or departmental supply arrangements with PWGSC, DND, City of Ottawa and vendor partnerships.
