Barbara is dedicated to her craft: empowering people to overcome barriers and move forward with confidence to excellence. For 20 years she has practised as a psychotherapist and counsellor in Toronto. Through advanced studies at the Adler Institute, she has added executive and life coaching to her repertoire. Barbara's comprehensive education, training and experience combine with her spiritual base, intuition, sense of humour, and insight to create meaningful relationships. Barbara loves her family, her retriever, her canoe and her work.
