The accuracy and range of our equipment allows us to certify virtually any size object and makes us a useful leveling & alignment tool for shutdown activities including re-locations, new installations and repair projects. Our ability to provide instant feedback on all 3 dimensions allows us to greatly reduce the time spent aligning presses, machines, even entire processes.

Our on site services eliminate the cost associated with shipping & handling, for part layouts / inspections, repeatability studies, process capability analysis, digitizing, reverse engineering, gauge / fixture / tool / mould certifications and all manners of leveling & alignment activity.

Customized, professional reports are provided at the end of every project along with a digital record to certify your product or process and to provide measurable benchmarks for all continuous improvement activities.
