Founded in 1986, Gauge-Rite Incorporated specializes in the design and build of high quality precision gauging instruments. Ranging from basic attribute check fixtures, to S.P.C. (Digital or Analog) and Non-Contact Vision Systems with data acquisition via computer (Direct or Remote). All of our gauges are completely 3D computer designed and fully dimensioned (all components). All of our high precision CNC work, either 2 and 3 dimensional is programmed and cut on site (with our Fadal 6030 VMC). All jobs are also verified on site (using our Mitutoyo KN810 high accuracy DCC floating bed CMM machine). Gauge-Rite Incorporated will also create parts with or without geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T). Each gauge comes complete with full fixture operating instructions, fixture prints, and an in-house fixture inspection report (Third party inspection is available upon request).Gauge-Rite Inc. has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification and follows a strict set of in-house design and build procedures.
