Manufacturer's Warranty FormulaOne High Performance Auto Tint® ("the Product") is sold with a lifetime warranty by the manufacturer, Solutia Inc., against cracking, crazing, demetallizing, delaminating or color change when installed by an authorized FormulaOne dealer. The Warranty set forth is the manufacturer's sole warranty. The manufacturer specifically disclaims all other warranties of any kind inclusively, by the way of example, the implied warranty of fitness for particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability. In the event the product is found to be defective as covered under the warranty conditions, it will be fully replaced at no charge to the vehicle owner by a FormulaOne dealer. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to provide the vehicle at his/her expense to the facility of the authorized dealer. The warranty card and proof of purchase, showing the type of film and date of installation, must be presented to the FormulaOne dealer to receive warranty service.
