Interactive AV recognizes you have invested significantly in a solution intended to meet your specific needs and expectations. Like anything, such a solution requires periodic maintenance to ensure it continues to meet the operational and performance demands set out in the Sales and Design phase. Our service department can provide optional preventative maintenance services. The service department will coordinate with your designate(s) regular maintenance calls. Each client and application is unique.

We provide solutions empowering individuals, teams and organizations with content acquisition, display, distribution, presentation, and being able to interact with this content and other team members. Our team specializes in turnkey sales, systems design, service and integration of professional level Presentation, Conferencing, Network Streaming/Digital Signage plus Command & Control solutions.

Utilizing a consultative approach we meet with you and other client stakeholders, perform a needs assessment, initial facilities review, and define operational and performance expectations. Once this is completed, we build, depending on your acquisition methodology, either a budgetary or clearly defined proposal for submission. Upon submission to you we demonstrate how we have addressed your various needs and expectations. If the expected submission is budgetary only, we provide an overview of the solution and of the required financial commitment to meet it - not a detailed price breakdown.
