Autism Ontario strongly supports research in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our Research Committee provides direction to the organization by identifying priority areas and advising where our support and funds should be directed.

At Ryerson University, we are conducting a research study to explore the experience of parents who provide any form of therapy to their children with autism spectrum disorder (e.g. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavioural therapy). The purpose of the study is to explore what it is like to provide therapy to your child. You may be eligible to participate if you are a parent of a child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) living in Ontario and you are currently providing therapy or you have provided therapy to your child within the last 5 years.
