Apogee (APE) is a young company that is focused on silver-zinc-lead and gold projects in Bolivia that have both a production history and a data base of previous exploration work. The objective is to bring one or more of the company's projects into production quickly.

GRIT has been established to exploit investment opportunities in the junior mining and natural resources sectors worldwide, with an investment objective to generate medium and long-term capital growth. GRIT has completed share exchange transactions with 41 junior resource companies (32 headquartered in Canada ), acquiring an initial portfolio of their securities in exchange for 39,520,012 ordinary shares having a deemed value of £39,520,012 (approximately C$73,250,000 ).

David Gower has over 20 years of experience in exploration with Falconbridge, Noranda (now X-strata) most recently as Director of Global Nickel and PGM exploration. He was a member of the Senior Operating Team responsible for mining projects with Falconbridge. He has led exploration teams which were responsible for brownfields discoveries at Raglan and Sudbury, Matagami, Falcondo – DR, and greenfield discoveries at Araguaia in Brazil, Kabanga in Tanzania and significant increases in known resources at Kabanga in Tanzania and El Pilar in Mexico.
