Description

I have been in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry in Alberta and Canada for over 35 years. I was the General Manager of Food Services for Edmonton Northlands for over 20 years, handling all food & beverage services in buildings like Northlands Park Racetrack, Rexall Place and the AgriCom as well as other smaller facilities.

Apex Upholstery has been serving North America for over 60 years. The company began as a family owned and operated business and has grown into a complete manufacturing facility. We can carry your vision straight through the manufacturing process, from initial drawings to finished product, including foam, fabric, framework, and associated millwork. Our 25,000 square foot facility has computer controlled cutters for both fabric and wood cutting capabilities.

On a volunteer basis I have served as President of the Alberta Restaurant and Foodservices Association (ARFA) twice in the 80's and 90's and been a Director with the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA) for over 12 years. I also served as the Chairman of the Board of the CRFA for 2 years in 1994 and 1995.
