AgroExpert is a consulting firm offering products and services in Quality Assurance in the Agri-Business sector. We support companies in the implementation of standards leading to volunteer certification and standards conformity, such as: Reserved Designation, «Produits de niche», Organic, non GMO, Fair Trade, ISO 22000, International Food Standard (IFS), British Retail Consortium (BRC), etc.

We conduct studies, we provide training sessions and strategic planning workshops. We develop management and follow-up tools. AgroExpert is registered at Emploi-Québec under the 1% law, which supports the development of the up-dating of manpower skills. AgroExpert is also authorized by The Quebec Ministry of Agriculture and Foods (MAPAQ) to give training sessions on Food Hygiene and Food Security. Successful participants receive a Food Hygiene and Security certificate from MAPAQ.

Our scope of products and services is essentially aimed at the Agri Business sector: producers, processors, distributors, retailers, importers, exporters, restaurants and supply distributors. We extend our activities to the Education sector, professional associations, certification agencies, government agencies, etc.

AgroExpert is legally constituted since 2001. It groups a team of skilled experts, some cumulating more than 25 years of experience in organic agriculture. At the beginning, its mandates were mainly in the organic sector of Agriculture. AgroExpert now extends its activities to niche products development, training in Hygiene and Food Security and the implementation of Quality Programs of non organic products. These activities constitute more than 80% of AgroExpert’s business. We cannot name all the projects realized by AgroExpert for confidentiality reasons.
