Accurate Financial Xchange Ltd. (AFXL) is headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. The company was formed in 1997 with a mission to assist and improve the method by which First Nation Bands, Inuit and Innu communities use, manage, report and account for their Non-Insured Health Benefits Program. AFXL developed the Medical Referral Xchange Management Software System (MRX2000) to meet this need. This program has been approved and is supported by the Medical Services Branch of Health Canada in 2000. Currently two regions, Alberta and Manitoba, are installed and successfully using the software system. The MRX2000 system can easily provide the minimum requirements necessary to meet the needs of Medical Services Branch of Health Canada. In addition, the MRX2000 system offers many unique features and is fully scalable to handle future requirements and customize reporting.
