Applications are being accepted for a Solicitor Assistant with experience in a general corporate/commercial practice involving commercial real estate transactions, financing transactions, commercial leasing, commercial lending. Experience in residential real estate is also necessary. Responsibilities also include drafting correspondence, dictation, communicating with clients and day-to-day administrative tasks including file organization, diarizations, maintaining calendars, and preparing accounts.
