Founded in 2004, ADESCOR acquired the machinery division of a large Canadian pipe manufacturer and offers advanced downstream automated equipment for the corrugated pipe and pipe extrusuion industry. In July 2013, Unicor GmbH of Hassfurt Germany acquired majority ownership of the company as the downstream equipment products compliment the Unicor pipe corrugator product-line. The Adescor group build equipment in Exeter Ontario, and have customers throughout North America and Europe. Many of the major corrugated pipe manufacturers use Adescor pipe extrusion equipment.

ADESCOR designs and manufacturers robust, simple, high-speed machinery for the plastic corrugated pipe industry in North America. Distribution of the technology outside of North America is through Unicor Gmbh, a leader in pipe corrugator machines.

Unicor GmbH a leading German pipe corrugator manufacturer expands its operations to North America through the acquisition of Adescor Inc. a leading downstream equipment manufacturer for the corrugated pipe industry in North America.
