Adair Assurance Inc. ("Adair") offers and will administer a non-transferable PUT Agreement ("PUT") for landowners who have purchased undivided land interests from Walton International Group Inc. or its subsidiaries .The PUT requires Adair* to purchase from such landowners their undivided land interests, at the landowners's original purchase price, exercisable at the option of such landowner during the exercise period stated in their PUT Agreement.
