Acclaim Condominium Managers is a privately owned and operated full service company of condominium, rental and asset property management, who has been serving Calgary and the surrounding communities since 1995. President and Broker, Marc Bateman has been a leading professional in the condominium community for over twenty-three years. Acclaim's frontline team of condominium and property managers are licensed professionals that advance their industry knowledge annually, the accounting department is manned by professional accountants and the administrative staff are specialized in business administration and management. Our team proudly holds the following academic, industry and professional designations: Acclaim maintains Membership in the following industry organizations: Our frontline team devotes many hours to industry organizations, on local, provincial and national levels, to help enhance our industry through education, and ethical practice. We further take the initiative to lobby and communicate with the provincial government to help promote positive legislative changes. In addition, many of our team members give of their time to several of Calgary's and surrounding area community organizations. President and Broker, Marc Bateman Marc has twenty-five years of industry experience and has specialized in Condominium. He also has extensive experience with the management of Commercial, Residential Rental and Asset Management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and the following industry designations: CPM (Certified Property Manager), FCCI (Fellow, Canadian Condominium Institute), ACCI (Associate, Canadian Condominium Institute), CMOC (Certified Manager of Condominium) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager). Marc was an integral member of the Province of Alberta Government Ministers Working Committee that developed the 2000 Province of Alberta Condominium Property Act. Marc has served four terms as President of the Canadian Condominium Institute, South Alberta and has served on the Canadian Condominium Institutes National Board for three years. Further industry involvement includes serving as the Co-Chair of the Educational Committee that developed the educational materials, namely the Condominium Management 100, 200, and 300 level courses on behalf of the Canadian Condominium Institute. He has also served as a member of Educational Committee, Property Tax and Specialty Licensing Committees on behalf of CCI.
