Roman Real Estate (2009) Ltd. is a full service Real Estate company specializing in industrial and suburban real estate in Calgary, Alberta.

These properties are 100% leased and cashflowing to our unit holders on a quarterly basis. They continue to increase in value even through the current recession. The management team at Roman has substantial experience in the business to ensure that each and every property contains the required characteristics necessary for the success of commercial, income producing properties.

Roman Property Syndication is a unit of our company that was created to capitalize on unique purchase and development opportunites. We completed our first pool in summer 2008; Roman Canadian Properties Ltd., which owns 4 properties located in Saskatoon, Lethbridge, and Spruce Grove.

Dan has been working in the commercial real estate market for the last nine years on sales and leasing in the industrial and suburban markets. Dan has been successful in many aspects of the market including representing Tenants, Landlords, Purchasers and Vendors, creating inventive solutions in meeting his clients needs.
