Yes. While I specialize in working with children and teens, I also have experience in working with adults and do accept adults as clients. If you are going to take the brave step in asking for guidance with difficult life issues, it is important to find someone who you can feel comfortable with- when I am able to be that person for an individual of any age, I gladly do so.

I've been working with children & teens for over 12 years and continue to be endlessly passionate about what I do! My work and the approach are constantly evolving, yet my mission has always been the same: to help people gain the knowledge, tools and strength to live and learn in the ways that are best for them. I believe we have all the answers we need inside of us and sometimes we need help in accessing them, listening to them, learning the skills and gaining the confidence needed to take action.

Over the past 5 years, I've worked to deepen my ability to meet the holistic needs of the people I work with by expanding my studies to include trainings in: Prana Flow Yoga, energywork, meditation, Nurtured Heart, a positive behavioral approach for children and Gifted and Talented education. In my counseling practice, I blend my experience with traditional forms of psychotherapy with my background in education and practices of yoga, meditation and progressive modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Currently, I'm not working with any insurance panels. I am able to provide you with a 'superbill' that you can submit to your insurance company.
