Robert graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2008 with a major in Political Studies and a minor in English. Robert takes a special interest in every one of the organizations he works with. He takes the time to understand each organization’s respective goals and how Prospect Research Online (PRO) can be effective in reaching them. Robert has over 20 years experience in customer service as well as several years experience with sales. He enjoys spending his free time golfing, watching his daughter’s hockey team, movies and books.

Sarah Kennedy joined iWave in 2012 as the Manager of iWave’s Client Services team. With over 20 years experience in customer service, complemented by quality assurance and technical support experience, Sarah ensures that iWave’s Client Services team exceeds the needs and expectations of our clients.

After extensive research and analysis including a focus group of current PRO clients, the new platform was launched in Beta format in December. “We chose to launch the new platform in Beta in order to provide greater flexibility for development updates while continuing to get vital client feedback,” says Gerry Lawless, President and CEO of iWave Information Systems. “ We’re still making almost daily updates to PRO as more clients offer their feedback and we tailor the product to meet their needs.
