All rights not expressly granted to you in this agreement are reserved by CharityLogic Incorporated CharityLogic Incorporated reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement by notifying you or by posting new or amended terms on this website. You may not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Service in any way or reverse engineer or access the Service in order to (a) build a competitive product or service, (b) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service, or (c) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service. You shall not provide any other organization or entity access to the Service without written consent from CharityLogic Incorporated CharityLogic Incorporated shall be the sole arbiter of what defines the Organization to whom this license is granted, regardless of any assumptions or definitions you may make.
