Our chef is a graduate of the Centre de l’excellence du Tourisme de l’Atlantique (New-Brunswick) in Food Handling and Management. Mr. Scott brings to the table more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, in establishments like the George V (Paris), the Château Montebello, the Sheraton Four Point Hotel (Gatineau) and many restaurants in the Outaouais area.
