Jean-Claude has 44 years of experience in the food sector, including 18 years with Dominion. A native of Bathurst, he now lives in Shediac with his wife, Ann. Jean-Claude has been employed with the Shediac Cooperative for 26 years, 12 of these as general manager. He has been involved in downtown development for 8 years.
