Zehr Levesque is a full service construction management company focused on providing unparalleled service for their clients and partners. It was founded in 2007 when Reg Levesque joined Don Zehr to begin the next chapter of services for the Zehr Group. Shortly after, John MacDonald joined the partnership and since then, Zehr Levesque has completed over 150 construction projects including new commercial, residential, and industrial buildings, in addition to historical renovations.

In addition to working with our clients, Zehr Group has redeveloped numerous properties on our own and with our Joint Venture partners. We have contributed to the reshaping of Kitchener’s downtown core and Innovation District into an active and attractive technology sector. Although we are based in the Waterloo Region, Zehr Group has undertaken projects across Canada. We specialize in creating and managing clean, contemporary spaces which respect the history of the property and its surroundings.

For more than a year, Zehr has worked with urban planners, traffic engineers and architects. The boardroom wall is covered with maps and drawings that illustrate the changing landscape around 607 King St. W.

In 1993, Don took over as CEO and expanded the business to include development and property management. Today the Zehr Group is the parent company to three business divisions: Zevest Development Corporation, Zehr Levesque Inc., and Zehr Management Inc. Together with management partners Reg Levesque, John MacDonald, and Alice Butt, the Zehr Group has become a rising star in a wide range of real estate services.
