In order to take advantage of your in-warranty service solution, contact Woodstream Corporation at 1-800-953-5737 to discuss your warranty issue. If Woodstream Corporation deems your product may be defective, they will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). They will also provide you with shipping information to our location. Please note that products must be received 30 days from the date of the RGA number. Please ensure that you include your RGA number with any shipment, as service will not be completed without this number.
