We provide timely cost effective advice to a clients on a range of projects from licensing a new multimillion tonne site, re-licensing of a Class B project, to amending an existing Aggregate Resources Act licence / site plan.
Wood Bull has extensive experience in the application of the Provincial Policy Statement and the various provincial plans in the context of development applications.
Wood Bull has experience working on a range of aggregate resources projects. We are active members of the Ontario Stone, Sand and Gravel Association , and have experience with the licensing of new projects, the expansion of existing facilities, and the re-licensing of historic pits and quarries.
We have experience in appeals under section 25(1) of the Act on behalf of clients who are seeking building permits and on behalf of clients who have challenged the issuance of building permits. We have also represented clients who have been affected by orders issued pursuant to the Building Code Act, 1992 , such as Orders to Comply.
