WOW! Factor Desserts began operations in 1982 out of a bakery built in the basement of a house. Within six months the company was selling upwards of $20,000 per month in product. Today we are the leading supplier of frozen dessert products in Canada and are expanding throughout the United States.

Our goal is, and always has been, to provide our clients with the highest quality products that allow them to increase their business profitability through increased sales and return visits!

WOW! Factor Desserts is more than a bakery. We are a value-added supplier of high-end products. What’s that mean to you? Very early on WOW! Factor had to make a decision to become a low-cost producer or a value-added organization. Because this company is in many ways an extension of the owners - who appreciate good value and top quality - the organization moved towards a value added philosophy as they serviced the dessert market’s upscale niche.

Our emphasis on sourcing and selecting only premium ingredients means our products cost a bit more. Our specialty is producing elegant, upscale desserts that are perfectly suited to the needs of our clients. We then work with our clients to provide tools they can use to elevate their dessert sales.
