Each head restraint is custom designed to federal standards and goes through multiple phases from production prototype, concept development, rigorous testing through to product completion. We adapt to the regions with highest quality standards to ensure we exceed our customer's expectations every time.

Windsor Machine Group is a privately owned company that designs and manufactures custom head restraints and armrests globally for the automotive industry.

For over 70 Years Windsor Machine Group has supported various organizations in an effort to give back to the communities where we do business.

CEO, Greg Peltier and COO, Chris Peltier are carrying on the tradition of success passed on by their father and grandfather. Founded in 1946, Windsor Machine Group started with 8 employees in a small workshop in Windsor, Ontario. Today Windsor Machine Group employs over 1,000 people in 5 countries with over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities.
