Description

A senior human resource and labour relations practitioner who has held executive positions in health care and telecommunications, I founded Windowpane Management in 1996. My vision was to create a human resources firm that provides tailored and practical HR advice and strategies to meet the unique needs of each organization whether on a retainer based, on-going basis or as a specific project. I am committed to responsive, timely and accessible service, and have welcomed the availability of technology to foster Windowpane's ability to meet this commitment. Going anywhere without my Blackberry is simply not an option. Fourteen years later, Windowpane continues to move forward to support workplaces dealing with emerging issues such as diversity; telework, social media; etc. I am particularly pleased to be able to effectively provide services to organizations in more remote areas of the Province by leveraging in-person contact with technology. Rosemary brings more than 25 years of human resources and senior leadership in the corporate and non-profit sectors to her role at Windowpane Management. With a passion for leadership, communication and strategic analysis, Rosemary's greatest satisfaction comes from helping business owners and teams maximize their human resources investment. She advises clients in the areas of human resources/payroll, legal compliance, total compensation, performance management, termination management, and workplace safety and wellness. Recipient of the Strategic Innovator Award for resourceful and strategic HR contributions, Rosemary if active in her community and has held volunteer positions with Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta, Pet Access League and the Human Resources Association of Alberta.
