Wiebe Transport was founded in 1974 by Peter Wiebe Sr. who, with one dump truck, began building the Wiebe reputation for quality service and impeccable standards of customer satisfaction. Our company quickly expanded to include 10 dump trucks, and in 1985 Mr. Wiebe’s sons George, Peter and Andrew branched off to learn long distance trucking with other organizations. Ten years later, the sons brought their knowledge of long distance trucking back to the family business. Steady growth has been the goal at Wiebe Transport, and we have recently finished construction of a larger, leading edge terminal at 81 Highbury Avenue in St. Thomas Ontario to help us continue to exceed the expectations of our customers in the years to come.

When we choose equipment to meet the needs of Wiebe Transport and our customers, we go with reliable and well proven machinery. Our goal is to provide the greatest possible ease of use for our drivers so that they can excel as our front line representatives for customer satisfaction. Among our 33 dry van trailers, 17 Peterbilt highway trucks and 4 local trucks we run the best power units in the business. Every driver carries a full compliment of brace bars, straps, boards and blankets to handle every type of loading requirements. All of our power units are recent builds and are maintained to the highest standards to make sure every shipment arrives on time.

Wiebe Transport specializes in LTL and TL shipments in every province and territory in Canada , plus all 48 states in the mainland USA .We run primarily through the Toronto Ontario - Memphis Tennessee corridor (Central USA). We run 33 dry van trailers that are available in 48 or 53 foot configurations and with Air Ride systems to provide a greater-than-90% damage-free delivery. For the long haul, we have eleven highway trucks and for regional and local service we operate two local trucks. 12,000 sq. ft. of warehousing is available for partitioned or time-sensitive loads and we operate on either a dock-to-dock or terminal-to-dock basis to provide the flexibility and time efficiency that today’s marketplace demands.
