Our practice focuses primarily on corporate insolvency, receiverships, work outs, restructures, and liquidations of various types. We have extensive experience with proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies Creditors Arrangements Act, and the various applicable provincial statutes. We represent primarily secured creditors (including corporations and financial institutions) and insolvency practitioners (receivers, trustees, monitors and liquidators).
