Description

Grant is a licensed insurance agent with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is pivotal in the organizational structure of the office and is responsible for seeing all corporate projects through to completion. Grant was also instrumental developing The LifeStep Process and is heavily involved in the underwriting department, liaising with clients and managing their file through the underwriting process.

The LifeStep Process uses insurance as a tool to make the estate more tax efficient for both the client and the beneficiaries. It's a method we've used for over 20 years to help high net worth Canadians protect their wealth and as a way to help advisors enhance their service capabilities.

Kal is an integral part of the Westward team. She reviews all cases moving through The LifeStep Process, and ensures that our team meets with valued advisors and valued clients at each milestone in the process. Kal has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and has held key roles with HSBC as Manager, Investment Services, with CIBC as Financial Advisor and, most recently with Standard Life as Sales Manager, Western Region. She has held both IDA and MFDA licenses, and is a BCIT graduate in Finance.
