Founded in 1972, Western Concord has become one of North America's award winning flexible packaging manufacturers.

James brings to Western Concord extensive experience in all areas of flexible packaging. He has held progressive positions with multi-national flexible packaging companies as a process engineer, production manager, quality manager and technical manager. James' draws on his senior management experience with sales, customer service and other commercial areas having led commercial groups with two mid-sized packaging companies. James spent several years building his own business, providing senior level consulting services to flexible packaging converters in North America.

This quest for knowledge to stay informed and be creative allows us to offer our customers cutting edge improvements, new product offerings and cost savings to both new and existing customer base. Western Concord product development staff are also able to assist customers with new ideas, working with them on site at their production locations with developmental films and / or product improvement programs.

Founded in 1972, Western Concord has been a prominent player in the flexible packaging industry. We have continued to grow through the acquisitions of Polyrama Plastics (1981) and Rayton Packaging (2008) and with our newly developed operation in Algona Washington in 2012.

Our customers are demanding more sophisticated and unique packaging solutions, expanded color and a wider variety of substrates. With our in house graphics department and strong partnership with experienced prepress suppliers, Western Concord commits to nothing below excellence in the development of Packaging Design, Prepress, Proofing and State-of-the-Art Plate-Making.
