West Crystal has been supplying quality quartz crystals to OEM,
Radio Service shops and end users since 1980.
We manufacture AT-cut crystals from 1 MHz to 200 MHz. We are known for the quality and reliability of our products and now supply customers in all Canadian Provinces as well as in the
United States and China.
Our manufacturing techniques are constantly being updated so as to maintain the highest standards. All operations involved in the production process are performed in a "clean room" environment using state-of-the-art equipment. This is absolutely essential to produce high quality, low aging devices. The aging rate of our resistance weld crystals is typically less than
2 ppm per year.
At West Crystal quality and reliability are the prime concerns in the manufacturing process. With this in mind, quality checks are performed on all raw materials and then on every component at each stage of manufacturing. Since 1997 we've been certified under the ISO 9002 Quality Standard. This set of formal procedures enable us to achieve continuos improvement in our product and processes.
