As an addition to the company’s on-site optometrist services, the company also employs three licenses contact lens fitters. This staff selection helps the company provide superior service to customers and means that customers don’t have to wait for several weeks until seeing a specialist for help with their contact lens requirements. One of the leading advantages of working with the team here at West Coast Optical for the contact lens fitting process is that we have the experience to ensure a comfortable fitting.

Warranty is included on all lenses with the purchase of our scratch resistant coating/anti-reflection coating. We carry only the top of the line lenses from the best lens manufactures in the world. All of our lenses include a two-year manufacturer warranty with no fees. The warranty includes defects against peeling, crazing (spiderweb effect on anti-reflection), or scratching under normal wear and tear. If there is a need to replace lenses under warranty, in most cases, we can order the replacement lenses, then cut the new lenses into your frame at your convenience while you wait.
