TRIPIS is a comprehensive and rigorous process for evaluating the current state of the work and client experiences within an organization or the overall workplace wellness of the organization as a whole. TRIPIS uses either an open-ended, group facilitation or individual coaching approach to collecting data in the employee's own words about their current work experience. This process provides highly credible reports that can be used to measure the culture within groups or departments and the organization itself. With categorization of employee statements, the necessary "issue indicators" reveal answers to the important "why-how-who" questions, and thereafter guide the required concentrated effort and resources to deal with the issues with the help of the people identifying the issues.
