Heating and Cooling Systems and Services Heating and Cooling is owned and operated by brothers George and Tom and is the progeny of George Weir and Sons Heating and Cooling Ltd. of Windsor , Ontario which began in 1954. Tom and George’s father Tom Sr. and Uncle Bob founded George Weir and Sons with their father George Sr. With such strong family ties it is no wonder several family members are still involved including Tom Sr. and Bob ( in season of course).
