Weinrich Contracting's new Mechanical and Portable Machining division has been formed by a diverse mix of Millwrights, Machinists, and repair specialists formerly of Fieldco Manufacturing. With over 50 years of combined experience in several industries such as Oil and Gas, Mining, Plastics, Pulp and Paper, Food, and Steelmaking, our goal is to simply provide quality people to perform quality work.

WCL started their company back in 1979 based in the oilfield; therefore WCL has substantial experience in the oilfield industry. WCL has experience with the following: Seismic and Right of Way clearing, Tanks Farms, Lease Buildings, and Lease Roads. WCL is currently working on excavating a 22 km long pipeline in the Slave Lake area.

Other services we offer are machine shop support services, industrial maintenance with scheduled or non-scheduled shutdowns, the planning of short and long term projects, and always communicating with our customers to develop cost effective solutions. Parts and/or equipment sourcing is also available.

Weinrich Contracting Ltd. (WCL) was established and incorporated in 1979 by Robert (Ernie) Weinrich Sr. His sons, Robert Jr. (Bob) and Scott Weinrich combined their expertise and experience in operating equipment and business development to the company in 1997.
