Waveform Plastics Technologies, founded in 1999, is a manufacturer of custom thermoformed products, with extensive experience in product design, product development and manufacturing. We have a diverse customer base, with customers in the medical, marine, consumer products, electronics and instrumentation, automotive, advertising and POP industries. We have a wide range of disciplines in-house that enables us to get your project done in less time, without the communications problems so common when working with several specialized companies.

Our CNC milling capability allows us to machine molds and fixtures, but it also means that we can custom machine metal components for your products. Whether you're looking for a one-off custom part, or a thousand machined components as part of your product, we can help! We also offer a range of other machining services. 15. What standard products does Waveform Plastics offer? Everything that Waveform Plastics manufactures is custom to each of our customers. We do not sell any "standard" products. None of the pictured products on our website are available for purchase directly from Waveform.

Despite the challenging economic climate, Waveform has experienced significant growth for the past five years, and we see no sign of slowing down as we head into 2014. We continue to increase our investment in new facilities and equipment, revamping current equipment, training, staff, and updating software. All of this makes us stronger and even more competitive, strengthening our overall position in the marketplace.

In addition to design, CNC tooling and mold-making, and custom thermoforming and machining, we also offer engineering services to help you realize your product. This includes recommendations in design approach, material and hardware options, and proposals for improving manufacturability and production efficiency.
