Watton Employment Services Incorporated head office is located at 18 Spencer Street East, Cobourg, Ontario, in the heritage building "The Poplars." Watton Employment Services was incorporated in 1997. Watton Employment Services (WES) also has offices in Whitby and Peterborough and satellite locations in Brighton, Trent Hills, City of Kawartha Lakes and York Region, Ontario. This agency functions in cooperation with other community service providers (see links) and is committed to helping individuals get back to work and / or establish employment related goals. Our staff is dedicated to helping individuals by completing assessments, designing appropriate Return to Work Action plans and monitoring the implementation of these plans. Watton Employment Services is an established Community service provider that works closely with Employment Ontario, Ontario Works (OW) and the Ontario Disability Support Programs (ODSP) since 1997. Watton Employment Services also provides comprehensive Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Employment Planning in the City of Kawartha Lakes, Durham, Northumberland, Peterborough and York regions. The Vocational Rehabilitation services are offered to individuals who wish to return to work even though they may be experiencing difficulty due to existing barriers. Watton Employment Services is an authorized and approved service provider for the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP).
