A founding partner of Waterford Global Inc., Karen Swystun oversees the strategic direction of the firm. Karen has more than 20 years of experience in executive search and has successfully carried out search assignments for a wide variety of positions, including executive searches for CEO, COO, CFO, President and Board Directorship positions, as well as extensive experience in leading and conducting searches for numerous management and technical leadership positions.

A founding partner of Waterford Global Inc., Fred Loewen oversees the operational functions of the firm. With close to 20 years of experience in executive search, Fred has been responsible for applying his specialized background in competitive intelligence and introducing its tools and techniques to the search process. His unique capability has been recognized by the Toronto-based Canadian Institute , a leading Canadian think tank, with invitations to speak at and co-develop the Institute's biennial Conference on Competitive Intelligence.
