We have developed and implemented a fully integrated environmental management system EMS) - an EMS that meets our regulatory obligations, protects the environment, and guides our employees. We believe that our employees' knowledge and skills is critical to good environmental management. We provide extensive training and support on regulatory requirements, company procedures, and a range of technical disciplines to ensure our employees have the ability to make sound judgments on environmental matters.

We believe that to be a successful business we must recognize the interests of stakeholder groups, the most important of which are the people and communities we serve. To this end, we endeavour to build strong partnerships and to develop sound responsible public policy and programs to assist our customers to reach their waste management goals in an environmentally responsible manner.
