To place an order for a custom piece, you must contact us by phone to discuss the steps required. Our intention is to make this a pleasant experience long after the piece is in your home. To that end we encourage a fair amount of your involvement and interaction in the early stages. Following are the steps involved: - Step one is to have an initial meeting. There is no charge for this meeting. The purpose is to get an understanding of what is desired and to develop an approximate cost for that item. This figure is not a quote but an approximation only. - Step two is to produce a sketch and detailed drawings of the piece. There is a charge of $100 per hour for this service and it will be deducted from any order resulting from the drawing. Average drawing time 3 hours per unit. All drawings remain property of Walton's Woodworking Ltd and if used by the customer or another vender for the customer, damages of 50% the estimated price will be expected. - Upon approval of the project, there are four payments as follows...
