While this has traditionally been an automotive position, our company provides this function as an off-site service to the recreation industry. Since 1994 Walker Financial Services has offered Marine, RV and Powersport dealers access to full time professional Business Managers. Operating over the phone and internet, we are able to provide both a service and profit centre to dealers without increasing their costs or taking up valuable space at the dealership. Doing business from coast to coast our head office is in Collingwood, ON. There are satellite offices in Kingston and Ottawa. The position available is in the Collingwood location. The successful candidate will be able to work within a team environment, work with low supervision, be a self starter and have the ability to drive to meet with either retail customers or dealerships. Spending time away attending shows, supporting the dealer base is also required. Remuneration consists of a base salary and commissions, based on team performance and is subject to experience. Experience is not necessarily required. The successful applicant will have a positive outgoing manner, be a good communicator and have basic computer and math skills.
