Description

W. Cooper Industries manufactures swimming pool filters and pumps for residential and commercial pools. All filters use sand filtration. Residential pool filters are made by blow-mold or roto-cast techniques in sizes from 16" to 30" diameter.
Commercial filters are fiberglass with sand surface area running from 7 to 50 sq. ft. Main filter features are strength, durability and quality. Residential filters have a ten year warranty. Pumps range from 1/2 to 3 HP. Plumbing available in metric or imperial sizes. Filter brands include Ranger, XL, LB,
HRV, and FF. W. Cooper competes with Hayward, Jacuzzi, Sta-Rite,
Pac-Fab, Astral and American Products. Wilf Cooper, President, invented the high-rate sand filter and founded Swimquip prior to founding W. Cooper Industries. The products are acclaimed by all users, and have yet to experience a single failure. Annual sales growth exceeds 100%. Approximately 75% of output is exported to over 15 countries. Clients are typically pool product distributors, large retail pool sales and service operators, and above-ground pool manufacturers.
