Service Service is the core of our business, and we are well known for it. We have customers who regularly come from us much as 800 kilometres for service. Obviously, some special consideration is required on our part. We have convenient evening and Saturday hours but if you need to make arrangements to drop off or pick up a bike outside our normal hours, let us know what you need and we'll try to help you. If you buy your motorcycle from us we will arrange service while you wait - during the riding season we book service like a doctor's office; you make an appointment for a certain time and we're ready to work on it right then to get you taken care of and back on your way without delay. Loaner bikes are also available to our new motorcycle buyers on a pre-arranged basis. Waiting service customers are a short walk from restaurants and parks. You can relax or watch videos in our showroom. We are fully equipped with BMW tools and diagnostic equipment for all models from vintage to today's latest. We carry an extensive inventory of commonly-needed parts and receive shipments on a next-day basis from BMW Canada.
